Vaginal steam is available as an add-on to the Arvigo appointment. Men may benefit regarding early stages of prostate swelling, benign prostatic hyperplasia, mild prostatitis and impotence, including some cases of erectile dysfunction.

Self-care is promoted by teaching participants an abbreviated Arvigo protocol for daily use to benefit clients physically, emotionally, hormonally and spiritually.
