Online Prenatal Yoga for Expecting Mothers
This is a 6-week series taught in a way that builds upon each class using familiar yoga poses and breath-work to support you through your pregnancy. All movements and poses can be performed independent of one another at any stage of pregnancy, and no previous yoga experience is required.
This series was designed by an Occupational Therapist and a Mother of two girls. This class fuses functional movement and body awareness to support a woman's physical and mental strength to carry a baby while creating a community surrounding other mother's to be. Classes will be through Zoom, and can be joined from anywhere.
