Intro to Fitness H2L Studio Workshop

Have you been thinking, " I need to start working out but don't know where to start?!" You and 100 other people at home! You are not alone! Should I do barre? Cycle? Yoga? Strength? And, what is TRX? This workshop is for anyone interested in getting starting on their fitness journey or switch up their routine but doesn't know where to start. Master trainers Courtney and Myka will walk you through the different class offerings at H2L and help you plan a suggested schedule of classes and things to do at home! All levels of experience are welcome. Wear workout clothes, socks, and sneakers. We will take you on a tour of the studio and teach you "mini" classes in each modality. We'll show you the ins and outs of the classes we offer. Bring your planner or notebook and a pen to take notes and make your ideal fitness schedule. Regular class rates apply. Space is limited. Must sign up online. In-person at the studio (class options after the workshop, can include online, but we want to see you!).
