Yoga for Menopause

Join Deborah for an informative and lighthearted look at the way yoga, herbs, and meditation can help alleviate some of the more common symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes, sleeplessness, and emotional irritability. Handouts will be provided so you can practice some of these techniques on our own. No prior yoga experience necessary. Please bring a pillow or two blankets or large towels. 90 minutes, $15.
