Reiki is a noninvasive ancient hands on healing technique. It is both powerful and gentle. The first level of Reiki is about healing the self and loved ones. Students learn how to use Reiki for themselves and how to share with others. Will learn the History, the Principles, chakra energy centers, feeling the energy. You will learn the Reiki hand positions and how to give a complete treatment. Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal life force energy. Reiki is balancing, stress-reducing, loving, relaxing, energizing, detoxifying and facilitates the healing of the body, mind & spirit. Reiki adjusts to the needs of the individual. Reiki Masters Trish or Karin will administer your attunement to align with your higher source. Students will receive certification upon completion of the class. Cost: $150
