Mindfulness Series - Spring 2022
Bring mindfulness to your New Year with our spring Mindfulness Series! This series is free and open to all students, staff, faculty, and community members. Each workshop will start with an introduction of the topic followed by a guided exercise and discussion. In person for students and employees at Shippensburg University and online via Zoom for community members. Zoom link and login information will be sent upon registration.
