Yoga Philosophy & Foundations: A Two-Part Series
Learn the history and philosophy of yoga and practice poses foundational to your yoga journey!
In these two classes you will learn the history of yoga, be introduced to the Eight Limb Path, and have the teachers share foundational yoga poses to support you along your journey. Our teachers will share how yoga came to the west and how yoga enhances our daily life, both mind, body and spirit. Our yoga poses and breath are just two of the Eight Limbs of Yoga...come and enjoy learning about the other six! Everyone is welcome ! if you are new to yoga or have never been to yoga, this is definitely a great place to begin. If you are a practicing yogi, come and learn and find adjustments in your poses that may be helpful. See you at the studio! Part One is May 7th and Part Two is May 21st.
