Restorative Yoga with Sound Relaxation
Come experience an amazing relaxation through Yoga, Breath, and Sound!
Our yoga teacher and sound specialist, Stephanie, will guide students through a brief grounding meditation and breath practice to begin the class. Then they will be led into a gentle set of movements for the body before settling into long held (5-10 min) restorative yoga poses which will be supported with yoga bolsters (pillows), blocks, straps and blankets for a fully supportive class. While students are in the restorative postures, Stephanie will immerse the room in soothing sounds using instruments such as singing bowls, Native American flute, bells, chimes, a drum and her voice. Surely to be a relaxing experience!
