Join us at Your Yoga for a relaxing restorative yoga specialty class where you will be supported with bolsters, blocks, and blankets to help enhance the poses.  While you are holding these supported poses, Stephanie will provide soothing sounds with her vast array of instruments.  This immersion of sound will give you the most beautiful yoga experience.
