Rebuild Your Core: A Postpartum Core Workshop Have you struggled feeling safe with postpartum workout goals? RECONNECTING YOUR CORE POSTPARTUM in a safe way addresses common postnatal issues like: Ab separation, Neck tension, Hip pain and tightness, Lower back tension, Pelvic floor weakness This workshop will focus on the power of aligning your body so you can reconnect to and strengthen your core postpartum. We will move in a gentle, slow, yet highly focused way as we find alignment in modified Pilates exercises. In particular, we will focus on: - Your transverse abs (stabilize your pelvis and spine) - Your deep cervical neck flexors (alleviate neck pain) - Your obliques (reduce lower back tension and pain) - Your glutes (look fabulous and stabilize your hips) - The power of your breath to optimize your core work After taking this workshop, you will have a better understanding of what Pilates modifications your body might need so you can be even more empowered in future core-based Pilates classes. ***Please be cleared by a doctor to participate in this workshop postpartum.
