No previous journeying experience is necessary.

This class will be held outside at Trine Park in Mt. Holly Springs. Please bring what you need to be comfortable in an outdoor setting as well as a journal and pen. Suggestions: reclining lawn chair, blankets, pillows, eye covering.

Walk-ins welcome~please plan to arrive early to be settled and ready to dive deep into this guided meditative journey.
