A free class to kick off our Outdoor Summer Series! A class lead by Sarah, for the everyday athlete: This class is designed to make athlete-style training available to the everyday person. If you’ve been wanting to become more agile, coordinated and powerful, or if you’ve been wanting to increase your strength and conditioning levels this class is for you.
Almost all exercises will be completed almost exclusively with body weight, making this a great learning class for moves you can take home and practice on your own as well. Just because you aren’t in a sport doesn’t mean you can’t still train like an athlete. Let’s get to work.
Class will be held in all weather conditions (aside from torrential rain and thunderstorms). Bring a sports drink, sneakers that aren’t too high in foam, and a mat of your own if you don’t want your hands on the parking lot.
