Join Hyacinth for Cycle Express class inspired by Pop vs Punk Theme Friday, May 24th at 5:30pm.

We're ready to kick-off your weekends, spice up your Fridays, and give you a workout you'll never want to end (isn't that how you always feel about cycle though?). We're bringing back our Theme rides but with more flare.

Each week, we'll be offering a different theme and a different instructor every Friday at 5:30pm. Sign up early, as limited capacity means these rides will fill! Bring your best friend, spouse, or co-worker and start your weekend with us!

Regular rates apply so your first class is FREE. $15 single. $60 for a 5-pack or $110 for a 10-pack. Unlimited Members are welcome as well!
