Ages 5-10 are invited to join Laura for an all-level kid's yoga class in the studio.

Children are recommended to bring their own yoga mat but we have mats for them to borrow if they need them. Bring water and wear something comfortable. No prior experience is required. First Saturday of every month at 10am. Must sign up online in advance. First time free! $10 student rate after that.
