Come join us for a Cycle experience that's as bold and fearless as you are!

Join Beth for a Wicked Themed Barre Class on Friday, November 14th at 5:30pm and/or Cycle Express Class on Friday, November 14th at 6:15pm

A 30-minute Cycle class to get you in, out and moving. All-levels are welcome, just please make sure you come early to get set up on your bike. This Express class is built to fit all experience levels, you can modify and challenge as you need to for our heart pumping, fun and motivating indoor cycle class.
