Join Emily for a Cycle Express: TGIF 🎄 Hip Hop Holiday 🎶 — a fast, festive ride to kick off your weekend with beats and holiday heat on Friday, Dec. 5th at 5:30pm A 30-Minute Cycle class to get you in, out and moving. All-levels are welcome, just please make sure you come early to get set up on your bike. This Express class is built to fit all experience levels, you can modify and challenge as you need to for our heart pumping, fun and motivating indoor cycle class.
