Our Topic of Focus will be Grounding and Self-Care as we move into the New Year. Listen as we answer common questions, share our own practices, and language Reiki in a grounded and relatable way. No Reiki Experience necessary to join. Everyone will benefit and can participate. EXPERIENCE Chanting, Breathwork, Meditation and much more! We will share a self-healing practice, and we will all share Reiki together for our World!
