January TGIF Weekly Theme Ride Series is Battle of the Boy Bands... it's all about the ultimate boy-band throwdown! Each week we’re pairing iconic groups for a month of sing-along hits, nostalgia, and friendly fan battles in the saddle.

A 30-Minute Cycle class to get you in, out and moving. All-levels are welcome, just please make sure you come early to get set up on your bike. This Express class is built to fit all experience levels, you can modify and challenge as you need to for our heart pumping, fun and motivating indoor cycle class. This Special TGIF class always has a different instructor and a different theme! We can't wait to kick the weekend off with you.
