Pups & Pilates is a feel-good fundraiser supporting the SPCA, combining a fun, low-impact workout with adorable adoptable dogs to help raise awareness and support for animals in need. Please bring a mat and we will be outside with the doggies. Mat Pilates is an all-level friendly workout. Please bring a cash or check donation for the class.
