Yoga with Weights
This strength building class incorporates light weights with modified yoga poses to build resilience and stability.
Incorporating light weights into your wellness routine is essential to strength and well being especially for women over 50. In this class we will modify traditional yoga poses while incorporating wrist and/or ankle weights (2 lbs).
