Become a Junior Achievement Volunteer

Junior Achievement (JA) of South Central Pennsylvania is looking for in-class program volunteers. Caring adults are placed in the grade level of their choice from kindergarten through 12th grade during the school day to help young students understand the world around them, from what it takes to be a good family member to being a good citizen in the community.

Updated step-by-step materials, using hands-on activities relevant to student interests and lifestyles, as well as support from local JA staff members, are provided. Volunteers enrich the curriculum with their own experiences.

JA is a nonprofit organization with the purpose of inspiring young people to succeed in a global economy. Since its founding in 1919, JA has contributed to the business and economics education of young people around the world.
