The Art of Monday Morning teaches mindfulness to reduce stress, improve performance, provide peace in challenging times, and find meaning. Founded by ordained Buddhist Priest, the Rev. Mike Travisano, and grounded in Buddhist philosophy and practice, our approach aligns with current trends in psychology and neuroscience, supports other mental health programs, and respects all belief systems and backgrounds. We teach a practical method for self-reflection that is designed to recognize sensations, emotions, and thoughts that are unhelpful as they happen, bring clarity to what is driving those sensations, emotions, and thoughts, and develop the ability to choose alternative ways of being that are more useful, effective, and helpful.
Sessions for individuals and organizations can be scheduled face-to-face via video conferencing or by phone.
