As a holistic nurse, my priority is to care for myself and my family well and fully, so that I am healthy and clear and able to give my best to my clients. I am a community health nurse at heart. That means that I value education, prevention, relationships, and the health of the environment. I use many different modalities in my 1:1 work with clients, including yoga, meditation, herbalism, spiritual direction, and review of pharmaceutical medications. I will advocate for my clients with their healthcare providers, helping to answer difficult questions and giving guidance on navigating the labyrinth of the healthcare system.
