Baken Creek Farm
6196 Waggoners Gap Road
Landisburg, PA 17040
717-516-0223

Our CSA program includes a weekly (18 weeks) or biweekly (9 weeks) share of the harvest from our market garden. Each share will include enough produce for a veggie-loving couple or a family of 4. Eggs from a local organic farm may be included in your Veggie CSA share or be purchased as a stand-alone egg-only CSA option. By paying at the beginning of the season, you are helping to ensure that we have an outlet for our produce throughout the season and we guarantee that you'll receive the best and freshest produce from our farm (including limited quantity items that are ONLY available to CSA members). Our CSA members come FIRST! You commit to us and we reward that commitment putting you first in line for all farm products. Members will also receive a 5% discount in our farm store during the CSA season. You can support our farm through a CSA subscription which includes an on-farm pick-up option or delivery to a drop-site in the Arcona neighborhood of Mechanicsburg. We also offer agritourism opportunities such as personal farm tours, camping through HipCamp, and occasional classes throughout the year.

Bauernbach Farmstead & Creamery, LLC
235A Dimpsey Road
Halifax, PA 17032
646-309-3301

Bauernbach Farmstead & Creamery is dedicated to providing healthy, nutritious food to our local community. Every decision made on the farm is guided by the principle of improving our community and the ecosystem we live in. We practice farming methods which will leave the earth in a better condition than when we started. Our overall ambition is to create a close-looped farm system where each aspect of our farm supports the other. Our naturally grown hay feeds our beautiful dairy goats, the goats straw bedding is used to make rich compost. The compost is returned to the hay fields and used to build nutrient dense soil in our market garden beds. This underlying system results in yummy vegetables and delicious goat milk products. We look forward to the day when we can do all this using energy sourced on our farm from only the sun and wind.
