B Healthy Meals, offering nutritious “grab-and-go” meals, has opened in Central Pennsylvania. Serving Lancaster, Harrisburg, Hershey, Lebanon and surrounding areas, the company helps individuals save time and money, while nourishing the body with freshly prepared organic and whole foods.

Founder and President Leslie Turner Bures began her career in Atlanta with two successful catering and special events companies before bringing her culinary talents to Central Pennsylvania. Passionate about good health, nutrition and fitness over the past decade, Bures decided to pair everything she learned about nutrition with her love of delicious gourmet food, creating B Healthy Meals.

According to Bures, the company makes it easy to prepare nutritious meals at home, by offering varied weekly menus of fully cooked selections that can be combined to create a variety of combinations. Each menu includes seven ready-toheat items—enough for up to four meals for one person. “Our goal is to provide our customers with delicious, nutritionpacked foods, using seasonal and local products, so they can spend more time on fun activities and less time shopping and cooking,” says Bures.
