Heather Mulhollan, owner of Fairhaven Healing, will present a free interactive Monarch Butterfly class for children from 6 to 7 p.m., on July 7, 2026, at Fredricksen Library, in Camp Hill. The program is designed for ages 6 to 11 and will introduce participants to Monarch butterflies, caterpillars and chrysalises through hands-on learning.
Each child attending with a grownup will decorate a planter and take home a milkweed plant to support Monarch butterfly conservation efforts at home. “I believe that knowledge is power,” says Mulhollan, who is also involved in several wildlife initiatives, including Monarch butterfly conservation and wildlife rescue.
Location: 100 N. 9th St., Camp Hill. Space is limited to 30 children. Call 717-761-3900 to register (required).
