Cross-Country Charity Walker Coming to Harrisburg April 11

Diagnosed with two brain tumors just over five years ago, Harold Cameron has devoted his energy, time and resources to being an advocate for others with cancer. On April 2, in northeastern Pennsylvania, he will begin his Positively Crossing America and Back charity walk across the country to benefit Miles for Hope, a nonprofit that provides awareness and education about brain tumors and brain cancer, funds important clinical trials and helps with patient transportation to cancer centers throughout the U.S. Cameron will share his message and provide education about brain tumor awareness from 4 to 6 p.m., April 11, at Freedom Auto Group, in Harrisburg.

Cameron will visit Washington, D.C., as well as major cities including New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Miami, New Orleans, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles and Seattle and others. He plans to use social media and personal interactions during his trip to share his message of strength and hope to all those who connect with him.
