To raise awareness in the community about the body’s energy systems and essential bodywork that benefits the central nervous system and the major energy systems, Amethyst Spiritual Center will host an evening of learning about craniosacral therapy and Thai-yoga massage treatments at 7 p.m., May 21. Angel Fritz will discuss energy work/bodywork and offer advanced demonstrations. The first five people to register will receive a free cranio-Thai combo mini-session.

Fritz says we all have several major energy systems—such as chakras, kundalini and meridians—comprising the “lightbody.” When these systems are blocked or unbalanced, our physical, emotional and overall well-being can be compromised. The cranio-Thai combination sessions release tensions deep in the body, move energy, clear blockages and create balance in the lightbody systems.
