SEA Changes Therapeutic Massage has opened in historic downtown Carlisle. The center will celebrate a grand opening from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., July 9, with food, fun and prizes, including a grand prize gift basket that contains gift certificates for three free massages. Everyone who attends will receive a 20 percent discount coupon for services.

Owned by mother-daughter team Sara Andrade and Mary Wilhelm, the studio offers Swedish, hot stone, sports, Reiki and candle massages, as well as reflexology and aromatherapy. “We offer a variety of modalities designed to meet the needs of all people,” explains Andrade. “Our main focus is helping individuals alleviate stress in order to live healthier, more productive and pain-free lives.”

A licensed massage therapist, Andrade is also a level two Usui Reiki practitioner, currently training to be a level three master. She is committed to providing high-quality, individualized treatments to help people heal their bodies and minds. “Therapeutic touch is one of the most valuable gifts we can give to ourselves, and it is my goal to share this gift with the world,” she notes.
