Flex Health and Wellness, in Cleona, is holding an open house from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., July 30, to celebrate holistic health and well-being. Festivities include DJs from WQIC radio; raffles, door prizes and free samples; a 10 percent discount on all supplements, teas and skin-care products; and a 10 percent discount on thermographic scanning, when booked during the open house.

Owner Nancy Mesaros, a holistic nutrition consultant trained in physiology, thermographic imaging, natural supplementation and skin care, says the event will highlight Flex Health and Wellness’ commitment to improving lives through the education and services the company offers. Mesaros, along with her staff, provides information, protocols, meal planning and supplements for successful health and weight management.
