Nuts About Granola Wins Factory Bid

Nuts About Granola® (NAG) and Shiloh Farms will partner with Susquehanna Association for the Blind and Vision Impaired (SABVI) to utilize its 19,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Leola. The partnerships will employ as many as 15 people, the majority of whom are blind or vision impaired.

NAG is a Central Pennsylvania gourmet granola company that uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients to produce a variety of all-natural and organic flavors. It is sold at the York and Lancaster farmers markets, independent retailers and online at NutsAboutGranola.com.

NAG will produce a full line of their products in Leola, along with their most recent co-packing contract with Alpina brand Greek yogurt. Notably, NAG was featured on the Rachael Ray Show and was included in gift bags for the 31st annual News and Documentary Awards and International Emmy Awards.

”We are honored and excited to partner with SABVI and Shiloh Farms to expand our own brand and those of others via co-packing contacts. All three companies are committed to producing superb, high quality products to serve our community,” says Sarah Lanphier, CEO of Nuts About Granola.

NAG uses only all-natural and organic ingredients for their specialty handcrafted granola and takes extra care in sourcing as close to their York, Pennsylvania, headquarters as possible. The company specializes in unique flavors carefully formulated to balance both taste and nutrition.
