Manaola Expands Sound Immersion Service

Manaola provides sound and vibrational energy rebalancing via Himalayan singing bowls and gongs, Reiki and other healing modalities. Located in Upper Allen Township, Manaola is now offering an early evening Nada Yoga–Sound Immersion with Himalayan Singing Bowls and Gongs from 5 to 6:30 p.m., the third Sunday of every month, at The Kundalini Yoga Space, in New Cumberland. The evening class is similar to the Sunday session that takes place from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the same location.

According to owner Kathleen RD Baker, Nada Yoga is a unique style that allows the mind, body and spirit to harmonize through the sound harmonics of Himalayan singing bowls and gongs. The session provides an opportunity to experience sound and vibrational therapy, also known as harmonics therapy, in a group environment. “This is a great energy-balancing session to start your week off,” Baker affirms. “This therapy can help reduce stress and increase clarity of mind.”

Location: 309 Third St. (upstairs), New Cumberland 17070. Cost: $10 donation. For more information, call 717-379-9049 or visit Manaola.net.
