Bee’s Juice Bar, now open at 707 East Broad Street Palmyra, inside The Real Food Emporium, makes vegan juices, smoothies and vegetarian snacks, desserts and soups.  Current hours of operation are Fridays 8am – 6pm and Saturdays 8am – 3pm.

They offer a new, alternative style of fast food that is healthy and made with whole food ingredients —a meal in a glass. Owner Rebecca Gaidos says, “People are looking for healthy foods. We offer foods that are healthy and not processed. Nothing artificial; mostly raw vegan foods.”

In the future, they plan to offer cooking classes and workshops. Gaidos says, “We use organic ingredients and support local and sustainable farming. We are the perfect place for busy people who want to eat healthy and support the local economy.”
