Horn Center Garden Plots Available Now

Growing your own food comes with a multitude of benefits, including being able to personally ensure food safety and security, saving money and the health benefits of eating the freshest food possible, the satisfaction and enjoyment of raising your own food from seed to harvest and fostering a connection with the natural world can now be yours, because the Horn Farm Center for Agricultural Education Community Gardens is registering new plots.

Rent one or more garden plots to raise good, fresh food on prime farmland in the company of a community of enthusiastic and dedicated gardeners. A 20x20-foot plot can be rented for $35, with the option to add up to three additional plots for $20 each per renter. Garden plots are open from mid-April until the end of October.
