The YMCA annual support campaign is coming to a close on May 31. As a nonprofit organization, the Harrisburg area YMCA raises money to ensure everybody has the opportunity to participate in a membership or program of the Y, regardless of the ability to pay.

According to Wellness and Marketing Director, Jason Snyder, by supporting the Y, donors are strengthening the community. “The Y is the unparalleled cause for strengthening community because we are the community,” he says. “Financial assistance keeps the Y available for kids and families who need us most. We count on the generosity of those in our community to help people of all ages and from all walks of life to be healthier, more confident, connected and secure.
