Sangha Yoga Opens in New Cumberland

Mia Bostic

Mia Bostic has opened Sangha Yoga at 418 Bridge Street, in New Cumberland. The new yoga studio features classes that include bhakti yoga, Prana Flow, Kripalu yoga, yoga basics, yin/yang yoga and restorative yoga.

Bostic has been teaching yoga since 2004. She completed two, 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training programs, including level one with Baron Baptiste, as well as children’s yoga training. Since 2001, her practice has grown from a purely physical practice to a committed study of yoga philosophy, practice and spirituality.

A perpetual student, Bostic is currently studying with Yoga Master Sri Dharma Mittra and Sri Andrei Ram Om. Her advanced instruction includes chanting, pranayama and asana practice, as well as laughter and fun. Her focus in every class is connecting to the breath and being present on the mat.
