Myrriah Raimbault, owner of Peaceful Birth Haven, in Camp Hill, will be teaching Acupressure Techniques for Birth Partners, from 1 to 2:30 p.m., November 18, at Om Baby Pregnancy Center, in Camp Hill. Currently pursuing her master’s degree in acupuncture at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies, in Glenside, Raimbault is a doula, placenta encapsulation specialist and has been trained in acupressure for labor and delivery. Other specialties include Reiki healing energy, shiatsu massage and nutrition for pregnancy.

Peaceful Birth Haven offers the women of Central Pennsylvania pregnancy and birth services that include doula services, placenta encapsulation, belly casting for pregnancy, acupressure to naturally induce labor, prenatal shiatsu massage and pregnancy and family photography.

“Pregnancy is a time of tremendous growth for mothers just as much as the developing fetus,” says Raimbault. “Having support during this transformational experience can create a heightened sense of overall wellbeing and health for the mother and the baby.”
