Absolute Pilates and Wellness Center has moved to a new location at 102 Walden Way, in Mechanicsburg. The new studio is larger, allowing for more Pilates equipment and an expanded class schedule. The clothing boutique has also grown and carries brands such as Zohba, Byond Yoga, Nux, Resse, Love This Life and Coobie and Toe Sox.

The classical Pilates studio offers one-on-one private sessions, duets, trios, group equipment, mat and barre classes for all skill levels. Owner Allison Zang is a third generation Pilates instructor, with over 1,000 hours of training. She began her career in 2005 in the field of exercise physiology at the National Center for Health Fitness, in Washington, D.C. She has experience in workplace wellness, cardiac rehabilitation, research and health and wellness counseling. Zang holds a Master of Science degree in exercise physiology from the University of Pittsburgh and a certification in nutrition coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, in New York City.
