Forgiveness Retreat in Harrisburg
Nov 28, 2012 12:05PM
Mary Pat FitzGibbons
Mary Pat FitzGibbons, owner of HealthWorks Energy Healing, will lead a forgiveness workshop in a retreat-style setting, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., January 11, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., January 12, at Emma’s Center, in Harrisburg.
Participants will learn why it is important to let go of fear and live from love and how to know not only when they need to forgive, but how to forgive themselves and others. Individuals will experience meditations to understand how to center, ground and be in gratitude. The workshop will end with a personal sacred forgiveness ceremony. “If you are stuck or spinning your wheels in life you need this class,” says FitzGibbons. “There may be something that we can’t or don’t know how to let go. This class teaches us about the emotions of love and fear, how love lifts us up and fear drags us down and why we need a personal practice of forgiveness.”
FitzGibbons has been a registered nurse for 40 years and practicing energy healing for 16 years. She teaches energy healing in Harrisburg, Binghamton, New York and Tokyo, Japan
