Rickie Freedman, a Reiki master and teacher, physical therapist and owner of Reiki by Rickie, is will open a new Reiki center at 2793 Old Post Road off Linglestown Road in the Sturbridge Business Park, in Harrisburg, on April 1. Reiki by Rickie – ReikiSpace and Learning Place will offer Reiki sessions and unique therapeutic massage such as Indian head massage and chakra foot massage. The center will help practitioners trained by to begin their Reiki practices and gain supervised experience in a fully furnished, attractive, nurturing and healing space.

Freedman will conduct Reiki classes at all levels, plus Reiki for Healthcare Professionals and ReikiKids. Professional massage therapists receive continuing education credits for attending these classes. Additionally, she conducts monthly workshops that include Introduction to Reiki, Stress Management and Reiki, Power of a Positive Attitude-Making the Choice to Be Happy, Gratitude Workshop and Ceremony and Balance Your Energy, Balance Your Life. Monthly Reiki shares will be held for practitioners and everyone is invited to attend Harrisburg-Area Reiki Lovers MeetUp and Positive Energy Breakfast gatherings at the center.
