Lifestyle Entreés Supports Local Food Pantry

Lifestyle Entreés, a company offering healthy, pre-cooked meals, has teamed up with First Class Fitness to volunteer for Project Share, a nonprofit food pantry serving the people of the Carlisle area. Lifestyle Entrees is working with the organization to teach their clients how to make the most out of the items that they are able to afford or receive. The company will provide classes teaching proper portioning of foods and healthy eating habits, along with educating the community about diabetes and the affects sugar has on the body.

“Our goal is to help individuals transform their lives and make healthy changes,” says President and CEO Barb Yeskey. “The goal is to teach individuals how to make lasting changes. This will enable them to have a better quality of life and make healthier eating choices. We fail to realize how food affects our bodies. By eating proper foods and nourishing our bodies properly, we can change our lives.”

The company’s meals are prepared using whole foods with no additives, preservatives, steroids, hormones or gluten, and can be delivered, shipped or picked up at one of several convenient locations.
