The next session begins May 12.Impact Fitness

Instructors Leandra Young, a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor, and Jennifer Cline, Beach Body coach and fitness counselor, lead participants through workouts that change on a weekly basis, customized to the session participants’ goals and physical fitness levels.  Participants also receive body composition assessments, before and after pictures, general nutritional counseling, and support from other class participants and, most importantly, the instructors.

Impact Fitness Harrisburg“When you whine and groan alongside others in a workout, a camp camaraderie develops and participants want to keep coming back,” Young says. According to Young, participants gain muscular strength, lose weight and decrease body fat, with some participants losing up to an average of eight inches by the end of the six-week session.
