Yoga at Simply Well Hosts Seven-Day Cleanse

Yoga at Simply Well will launch a seven-day Restorative Spring Cleanse from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., May 13 and a re-integration from 3 to 5 p.m., May 19. Participants can join Tanya McCausland, founder of Home Cooked Healing, and Certified Holistic Health Coach Michele Landis for a whole foods-based cleanse that focuses on eating the cleanest, freshest and most delicious foods available. After seven days, participants can expect to experience decreased cravings and snacking, clearer and glowing skin, deeper and more restful sleep and improved digestion.

McCausland is a nutrition and culinary coach who teaches about the healing powers of food and the kitchen through nutrition classes, cooking parties and coaching clients one-on-one. She is on a mission to show how food can prevent illness, support recovery, energize and rejuvenate. Landis, the owner of Yoga at Simply Well, graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, in New York City. She is passionate about helping her clients cook more and buy and eat local, seasonal foods.
