Nutritionist Leads Breastfeeding Workshop

The Breastfeeding Chef, Ebeth Johnson, will present Nursing Mama Power Foods: An Eating for Breastfeeding workshop, from 2 to 4 p.m., July 13, at Om Baby, in Camp Hill. Nursing mothers and expectant parents will learn how to increase their milk supply, prepare pantries for the new arrival and manage issues such as colic, cradle cap, allergic reactions and eczema by eating healthy, whole foods.

Johnson is a nursing mom and certified plant-based culinary nutritionist who specializes in the unique nutrition and lifestyle needs of nursing moms. She has 10 years of experience as a food and wellness educator and is creator of the Breastfeeding Chef, a nutrition program that teaches women how to care for their breast milk, baby and body, helping them return to their pre-baby weight and keep their mama glow.
