Absolute Pilates is opening a second full-service studio at 836 Market Street, in Lemoyne. Open houses are scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., September 12, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., September14, and 5 to 7 p.m., September 25. Free Pilates equipment demonstrations, prizes and a chance to win free classes will be the highlights of the open houses.

The studio shares space with Burn 30, and will be offering private and small group equipment Pilates sessions, mat and ballet barre classes. Studio owner Allison Zang and other comprehensively trained instructors are committed to providing quality professional instruction in classical Pilates to women of all fitness levels and ages. Zang has specialty training to work with pre- and postnatal clients and women that have undergone breast cancer treatment. They also offer health coaching services to help clients reach their health and wellness goals.
