The Mechanicsburg Natural Alliance Wellness Seminar, co-sponsored by Advanced Thermal Imaging, will take place from 6 to 8:30 p.m., the second Tuesday of each month,  at Bethany East Village, in Mechanicsburg. Monthly seminars are also held at the Lancaster Farm and Home Center, in Lancaster. The free seminars are designed to educate the general public about wellness practices from trusted, local integrative healthcare providers.

The Natural Alliance Wellness Seminars are the inspiration of co-founders Patrick and Lori Kirkham, originally from Seattle, Washington, who struggled to find holistic, integrative providers when they moved to Lancaster 10 years ago. The seminars are the result of their search process that ultimately led to providers and business owners that share a similar vision.

Each month, two carefully selected experts share their knowledge and experience on topics such as fatigue, environmental toxins, overcoming sugar cravings, hormonal changes, digestive disorders, allergies, breast health, stress and nutrition. Participants can purchase and learn about local, sustainable products and services from vendors each month.
