Erica Richardson, the resident teacher for Kalpa Bhadra Kadampa Buddhist Center, in Harrisburg, recently attended a month-long training course in Ulverston, England, studying the book, New Guide to Dakini Land, written by meditation master the Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. This book is an in-depth study of the Highest Yoga Tantra practice of Buddha Vajrayogini. Kalpa Bhadra Kadampa Buddhist Center teaches Buddhist wisdom at various levels on how to alleviate stress, anxiety and improve relationships. While in England, she also had the opportunity to attend a two-week Buddhist festival focusing on studying both Buddha’s teaching on Sutra and Tantra. This festival is one of the largest Buddhist festivals in England and is open to everyone.

The center offers a variety of classes to suit various levels of interest. Teachings are open to anyone interested in practicing or learning more about Buddhism.
