The annual Cumberland County Women's Expo is designed as a “girls’ day out” for women of all ages to gather with other women to relax and rejuvenate. The 2013 expo will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., November 9, at the Carlisle Expo Center, in Carlisle.

Participants will learn about products and services for their overall well-being and free, relaxing spa treatments will be offered throughout the day. There will also be fitness and health demonstrations for women's overall health and wellness. Demonstrations include Zumba and Hot Hula, the hottest new craze in the fitness world; both are great full-body workouts to fun music. There is even a Hula Hoop contest with a top prize of $100 cash.

Giant Food Store and Dinner Knocks will share healthy recipes and edible gift ideas just in time for the holidays. Good Samaritan Health Systems is the event partner of the Cumberland County Women's Expo, sponsored by BusinessWoman and b magazine.
