Magali Diskus, of Essential Vision Coaching, is bringing in innovative workshops and launching her own signature line of high-quality, handcrafted essential oils created locally by Basic Earth Essentials. “We are committed to help and assist active spiritual individuals to become a better version of themselves, to thrive and shine in life,” says Diskus.

Connected Awareness, a group created by Diskus, provides attendees an opportunity to meet and participate in diverse activities “to inspire, shine, share, discover, experience, feel, empower, connect with each other and nature, and more.” The first meeting will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m., January 6, at Reiki by Rickie ReikiSpace. A $5 donation per meeting is suggested.

Goal-Setting for 2014, held from 7 to 9 p.m., January 14, at Om My Yoga, will teach participants how to create and sustain balance in their lives, as well as work on defining their specific, unique plan. A Renew and Shine workshop will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., January 18, at Reiki by Rickie. Activities include a powerful transformation visualization activity and a 30-minute yoga cleansing exercise.
