Having grown from a small space in the owner’s home five years ago, Absolute Pilates invites the public to visit its beautiful studio for its fifth anniversary celebration on March 22, in Mechanicsburg.

Free classes will be offered—mat classes at 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. and barre class at noon—as well as free, 30-minute Pilates equipment demonstrations. Also, during the celebration, two new pieces of balance body core align equipment will be unveiled, the first of their kind in the area.
